I met Howard about one year ago. He was referred to me from someone in residential real estate as “The Guy” for Commercial Brokerage on the Gulf Coast. That comment turned to be true as in the last year Howard has been engaged in 4 varied projects for our ownership group.
First was a difficult lease negotiation with one of our tenants that was resolved to our satisfaction. Secondly was he represented us in the possible acquisition of a restaurant. Although the seller was unrealistic, Howard continued to be creative and proposed four different solutions.
Another project involved working with a neighbor of ours who owns adjacent property that is not on the market but Howard
boldly approached them This deal has not happened yet but it well may occur at some point. The fourth deal was the acquisition of a nearby property that went smoothly and closed this week. Our partners agree that we will work with Howard
on “all things involving real estate” as we have been completely satisfied with his professionalism, creativity and knowledge.
